Dr. Anthony J. Matias

Dr Anthony J. Matias, CPA, is a partner in Matias & Associates, PC, a consulting firm located in Cambridge, Mass. He provides management with administrative, analytical and research studies in the areas of administration, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, management training, data system, financial budgeting and controls, and market analysis. Clients have included Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, EDP, service industries, communications and insurance, as well as privately-held companies and agencies of the U.S. government.

He has held manager and partner level positions at several regional accounting firms, and was a Division Controller for McKesson & Robbins. Academic positions included that of Assistant Professor at Suffolk University (Boston, Mass), Merrimack College (Andover, Mass), Bentley College (Walthmam, Mass), and professor of management at Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Dr. Matias is author of four books: Dimensions in Accounting (co-author), D.H Mark Publishing; Principles of Accounting and Finance, published by Education for Management; Real Estate Investment Analysis, Vector Publishing Co.; and Intermediate Finance and Accounting, published by AMACOM. He has also authored many articles dealing with finance, economics and taxation.

He has design and conducted training programs for large and medium-sized companies and a variety of nonprofit associations and governmental units. In addition, he has conducted public and on-site seminars for Bentley College, Bryant College, CPA organizations, the American Management Association and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Dr. Matias earned a Doctorate in Management and Accounting from Nova Southeastern University, an M.B.A. from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Arts from Immaculate Conception College. He holds memberships in the American Institute of CPAs and the Academy of International Business.

David B. Matias, M.S., CPA

Mr. Matias provides corporate management and individuals with financial planning, assets management and tax planning services. He has provided consulting services to large and small corporate clients. His clients have included several banks as well as financial services and technology companies.

Former positions include staff, management and partner positions with a number of leading consulting firms. In addition, he has provided management training seminars for the American Management Association and many large corporations. He has also authored courses in financial risk management and forecasting.

He earned a B.A. degree at Amherst College, and a Master of Science in Finance from MIT. He holds memberships in a number of management and technical organizations.

Vito J. Maida, CMA

Mr. Maida provides clients with financial and tax planning services. His extensive corporate experience includes financial and cost management in several industry sectors, serving as corporate controller, CFO and Treasurer.

He earned a B.S. degree from Northeastern University with a major in Accounting, and has attended many professional development programs.

Karen Pinto

Ms. Pinto provides the organization with administrative management services. Her positions have included administrator at Harvard University, and budget administration at the Arnold Arboretum at Harvard University.

Anthony F. Gargano, Esq.

Mr. Gargano has over 20 years experience in guiding corporations in both the legal and administrative environments. He is a graduate of Marquette University (B.A) and the law school at Tulane University (LLD).

A native of France, Yann earned an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from University of Evry Val d’Essonne. Yann’s areas of focus are accounting best practices, project management and product development.

Sarah Bernier

Sarah earned an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oral Roberts University. Her interests include Internet marketing, entrepreneurship and baseball.

Calandra earned a Master’s degree in Political Science from Regent University and a Bachelor’s degree in History, Humanities, and Government from Oral Roberts University.
